Established in 2000, Cixi City Waysun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of polyester staple fibers, hollow and highly elastic fibers. Close to Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo, the convenient transportation has brought us more opportunities and competitive advantages in dealing with both domestic and foreign customers. Covering a 20,000-square-meter factory and a building area of 14,000 square meters, we are now pursuing more economic scales. Additionally, equipped with the modern advanced production assembly lines, the daily production capacity has exceeded 100 metric tons of polyester staple fibers.

Specifically, polyester lumen staple fiber is our dominant product, which is ISO9001 certified, with capacity of more than 30,000 metric tons each year. Consequently, our products are selling well in the South American, West European, Australian and Southeast Asian markets. Having invested USD32,800,000 in the polyester lumen staple fiber production assembly line in Hangzhou Bay New Zone, we are able to better meet customers' changing needs, therefore maximize their values effectively on the base of a 66,700-square-meter factory.

Moreover, we have 250 staff including 35 professional technicians, who are engaged in the improvement of organizational development and innovation. As a result, the net assets amount to USD18,000,000 and annual sales income exceeds USD13,800,000 through the last 3 years. Our main products also include polyester staple fibers (hollow and highly elastic fibers), and the specification of our fibers is 1.5D-25D x 32mm-105mm. Polyester lumen staple fiber is made from PET through spinning and finishing. It features high elasticity, softness, thermal insulation, acid resistance, alkali resistance and sun-proof properties. Meanwhile, it is widely used in stuffing of toys, pillows, sofas, seat cushions and leaning cushions, thermal insulation lining of shoes, caps, garments and raw materials of polyester towels, cotton cloths, carpets, spray finishing cotton, non woven fabrics and gel-free cotton. Furthermore, we are in regular demand of recycled PET bottle flakes, blocks, and can process recycled material of PET flakes for our clients.
